The Project

300 Main is a mixed use development located on Main Street, downtown Driggs consisting of 13 acres. Driggs, Idaho is the centrally located city and County Seat in Teton Valley, Idaho. By mixed use, we mean a 5 component high density planned unit development with 47% residential condos 21% retail on grade 22% professional office and 9% food/beverage and entertainment all in a heavily landscaped inclusive of a civic center.

300 Main Birdseye

300 Main began as a dream in early 2006 with land acquisition, followed by a desire to create a vibrant, pedestrian friendly sub-community of Teton Valley that will soon become a reality. Uniquely, this planned unit development was unanimously approved through each step of the entitlement process by each reviewing board.  The project was approved with such enthusiasm due to the fact that 300 Main absolutely fit the standard of a mixed use development, with proper attention paid to “smart growth” and “new urbanism” concepts.

300 Main Red Building

This rigorous approval process included design review, platting, landscape approval, wetland delineation, State Highway access and engineering. With the help from our team of professionals including Ward + Blake Architects, Nelson Engineering, MGB+A: The Grassli Group Landscape Architect, Ray Kagel of Kagel Environmental and Nancy Liebrecht of Rocky Mountain Environmental, Ormond Builders (Construction Consultant), McGuire Woods Law Firm, and Mark Rockefeller as Managing Partner of TC Horizon, LLC, this project will blend environmentally friendly LEED construction with a “people friendly” lifestyle.
